6. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content & Immediate Services

  • Digital Content: If the digital content (such as course modules, video lectures, downloadable resources, or online materials) is made available to you immediately upon purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your legal right of withdrawal (cooling-off period).

  • Services & Coaching: If you book a service (such as career guidance, mentoring, or life coaching sessions) that begins immediately or within the statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request the commencement of the service and waive your right of cancellation once the service has been fully performed.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital, immediate, and downloadable nature of our educational products and e-learning resources, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once access to the course materials, digital content, or online dashboard has been granted, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.
